The Food Science and Technology Organization was established in February 2014 with the goals of improving food safety and quality, ensuring trust in food, and promoting and developing the food industry.

We will share and provide information on food safety and quality, educate human resources, and make recommendations regarding the food industry to all stakeholders in the food supply chain, including consumers.

Our mission is to help ensure food safety and quality through the development of standardized curricula and technical teaching materials, and the provision of technical support to the food industry.
