当機構は、食品安全分野における人材育成と技術普及を目的として、食品の安全及び品質に関する教育研修、コンサルティング、受託検査等の事業を行っています。
これらの活動を通じて得られた知見を教育内容に反映するため、講演・研修で使用する教材や資料についても適宜整理・見直しを行い、関連法令や国際基準(Codex等)の改訂に対応した教育機会の提供に努めています。
